Welcome to Alertino. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alertino mobile application ("App") and any associated services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. User Accounts

To use Alertino, you must register using a valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Permitted Use & Storage

You agree to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial asset tracking. You must not upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse our storage capacity or post malicious items.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Alertino offers standard features for free, with option upgrades to premium packages:

  • Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Alertino provides reminder services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% notification accuracy, we are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by failed notifications, database interruptions, or missing alert actions.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
